"People should get more out of work than a paycheck," is Bob Vaughan’s fundamental belief. With this in mind, Bob has worked for the past 15 years in the area of enhancing human performance in organizations. Bob’s work expertise includes various positions — all with a focus on maximizing human accomplishments and fostering an environment that was conducive to innovation, flexibility, and professional development.

Currently, Bob is working on a contract with the Ministry of Transportation for the Province of British Columbia. He is providing Partnering sessions on new road construction projects. Prior to this, he contracted to the City of Kamloops. Firstly, as facilitator for team building sessions with the Public Works Department; secondly as Human Resources Manager for six months. Bob was also the Manager of Quality Improvement for Finning International Inc., the world’s largest Caterpillar dealer. In this position, he assisted in launching international business as well as new employee initiatives.

As Senior Program Leader for Marathon Communications, Bob facilitates leadership, team-building, and strategic planning sessions. Some of the clients he has worked with for Marathon Communications Inc. include:
