A spirited facilitator, coach, and trainer, Dave Freeze brings a wealth of personal experience and education to his work. He is an active consultant, executive coach, and workshop facilitator in the fields of corporate training, professional development, and sport performance. Dave has a master’s degree in Applied Behavioral Science from LIOS and manages Marathon Communication’s Executive Coaching Program. He is also a professor and past Chair of the Adventure Programs Department at Thompson Rivers University.

Dave is a past owner of a successful adventure travel company specializing in wilderness holidays, past consultant to a number of B.C. First Nation Bands. In addition to his corporate work, Dave is a popular coach and facilitator for sports teams in Equestrian competition, curling, shooting, basketball, dragon boat racing and other disciplines.

Dave is a three time world championship competitor and has attained international standards of achievement for Canada on both the National Whitewater Slalom Team and the National Dragon Boating Team. Dave lives in Kamloops B.C. with his wife and three children.
