David Cory is a performance improvement consultant specializing in leadership development. With a graduate degree in Adult Education and several years of experience as a leader in workplace training, David works with corporate clients on the design, implementation, and delivery of leadership development programs.

His clientele is eclectic and international including: Rogers AT&T CN Rail Telus Saudi Aramco ( Dubai) ABN Amro Bank ( Netherlands) Philips Electronics (US) Seagate Technologies (US) Province of British Columbia Open Learning Agency University of Victoria In 1998, David was formally certified as a trainer in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i) through MHS Inc., Toronto, ON. And, has delivered courses in cities such as Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Seattle, Phoenix, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Dallas. As well, David is certified to deliver MHS, Inc.’s EQ-360 Certification Course — a multi-rater version of EQ-i.

David provides EQ-i services to the Canadian Centre for Management Development in Ottawa. And, he is also active on the executive of the International Society for Performance Improvement as President of the Vancouver Chapter. As well, he has taught Change Leadership at Douglas College and Workplace Training for the University of Victoria.
