Hugh’s vision is to change the way work serves people. For the past 16 years, as the president of Marathon Communications Inc., Hugh has been leading training programs and corporate retreats designed to foster human development in the context of work. His programs provide skills and insights to over 25,000 people each year, helping them to grow through their experience of work.

Hugh Culver is an athlete, adventurer, businessman, visionary, and someone who personally understands the incredible power of being passionate and inspired about your work. He has been a professional white-water guide, a manager for Western Canada’s largest adventure travel company, and a pioneer in marketing adventure tours to the North and South Poles.

• paddled the Bowron Lakes chain in one day (116 kms (72 miles) and normally considered a 6-10 day tour)
