This is where Marathon’s Personal Performance Coaching comes in; we provide leaders with the foundation and support they need to lead with confidence.

Personal Performance Coaching is a unique one-on-one partnership between a coach and client. Marathon’s coaches are highly skilled at being part consultant, part strategist and part cheerleader. Their objective is to provide clients with the motivation and tools they need to achieve their identified goals – now!

The three main components of our Performance Coaching Program are:

  • Arrow Awareness: of individual challenges (the need to change) and strengths (building on what is working).
  • Arrow Support: we are a partner in the change process; we ensure that there is increased accountability, confidence, and action.
  • Arrow Change: using active enquiry skills, we help the leader to create a new plan and steps for success. If needed, we will also offer proactive, realistic steps to repair relationships, improve effectiveness, and achieve higher levels of confidence and performance.

How It Works

Contact our office to learn more about matching a Marathon coach to your manager/leader. We recommend a minimum of 5 sessions, 1 per week, for 5 weeks. Each session is 1 hour long and the cost is $165. Our clients repeatedly tell us this is "... the best investment we have made to improve internal communications and team success in years!"

Our coaches will schedule the coaching calls around the manager/leader's agenda. Note: in some cases clients want to have the "boss" of the manager/leader 'in the conversation'. In these cases, our coach will have a short conversation with the "boss" prior to and at the end of the coaching cycle. This is a very effective way to continue the coaching conversation after our process has ended.
